Frequent travel necessitates having a second passport to obtain visas while traveling. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 health crisis, we are now being permitted to submit a limited number of urgent hand-delivered passport renewals. We have a very limited number of spots available, so urgent renewals are on a first come first served basis:

Please print and complete two (2) copies of the Letter of Authorization
In order to renew your Second Valid Passport, it must be submitted.
Submit one (1) recent passport photograph taken within the last 6 months.
Eyeglasses cannot be worn in your passport photo.
Please review the Passport Photo Style Regulations for additional information.
Check or money order payable to "U.S. Department of State" for $187.56 (add birth date on memo line). Please note: Starter checks (checks without a pre-printed address) and 3rd party checks are NOT accepted and will cause delays if used.
Passport Card: If you are also applying for a passport card you must send a check in the amount of $217.56 payable to the "U.S. Department of State". Passport cards cannot be expedited and will be mailed to the address indicated on your application.
In order to apply for a second passport you must show a conflict in your travel plans which necessitates the second passport being issued. You must provide a combination of documents that clearly illustrate the travel conflict. (Applicant's name must appear on the travel documentation):
