Frequent travel necessitates having a second passport to obtain visas while traveling. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 health crisis, we are now being permitted to submit a limited number of urgent hand-delivered passport applications. We have a very limited number of spots available, so urgent applications are on a first come first served basis:

Your Current Primary Passport
A second passport is an extension of your primary (10 year) passport. Therefore you are required to present your primary passport in support to apply for a second passport. If your primary passport is expiring or expired you will need to renew it before you apply for a second passport.
Do you have a previously issued Second Passport?
If so then this must also be submitted along with your current primary passport.
Submit one (1) recent passport photograph taken within the last 6 months.
Eyeglasses cannot be worn in your passport photo.

In order to apply for a second passport you must show a conflict in your travel plans which necessitates the second passport being issued. You must provide a combination of documents that clearly illustrate the travel conflict. (Applicant's name must appear on the travel documentation):
Print and complete the Statement Regarding Second Valid Passport (Mail Service). Sign the statement- original signature required.
Check or money order payable to "U.S. Department of State" for $208.32 (add birth date on memo line). Please note: Starter checks (checks without a pre-printed address) and 3rd party checks are NOT accepted and will cause delays if used.
Passport Card: If you are also applying for a passport card you must send a check in the amount of $238.32 payable to the "U.S. Department of State". Passport cards cannot be expedited and will be mailed to the address indicated on your application.
